Terms of Service

DRAFT, pending legal review. Not legal advice. Placeholders like [Company Legal Name] will be replaced before go-live.

Last updated: November 5, 2026 (America/Chicago). Product: Leadston.

1. Parties

These Terms are between [Company Legal Name] (“Company”, “we”, “us”) and the contractor or business that creates an account (“you”). The product is offered as Leadston.

2. Service

We provide a software service that surfaces commercial turnover signals (for example permits, certificates of occupancy, and related public records) and optional contact enrichment so you can evaluate potential service jobs in territories you select. We do not guarantee that any lead will result in work, that a tenant has signed a lease, or that contact details are complete or correct.

3. Accounts & credits

You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials. Unlock credits are metered per your plan. Billing, when enabled, is processed by Stripe; failed payments may lock unlocks until resolved.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the service only for lawful B2B prospecting related to your trade. You must comply with TCPA, Do-Not-Call, CAN-SPAM, and all applicable telemarketing and privacy laws. You may not scrape, resell raw data, or misrepresent Company as the source of your outreach.

5. Data accuracy

See the Data & calling notice. Observed facts are separated from inferences. A permit or license is not proof of a signed lease.

6. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, [Company Legal Name] IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON ANY LEAD OR CONTACT.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate according to the billing plan or by closing the account. Provisions that by nature should survive (including liability limits and calling responsibilities) survive termination.
